The location was stunning and beautiful - short walk to ha long bay. Tuan Chau district was worth staying in. The rooms were wonderful and exceptional and equipped with terrace.

The staff was very competent and extremely friendly - we would definitely book here again. Everything was really good, had a comfortable stay on our vacation. - the rooms were exceptional and beautiful with a veranda, a balcony, for example.

I booked it many times and would recomand. Everything was perfect during 1 day, loved its amazing location adjacent to the Au Co cruise ship and Vietname. All the staff was competent, resolved my issues. The service was excellent, the breakfast was satisfactory.

The place was spacious with a nice balcony and the staff were skilled and well-informed.

I had so much fun learning how to cook Vietnamese food and doing Tai Chi on the sundeck. The window in my cabin let in natural light and gave me awesome views of the sea.

Oh, and let's not forget the endless entertainment provided by the wireless Internet access and gift shops. So thrilling.

Our three rooms have a balcony. The food is quite tasty and the staff are friendly. Clean dining area.

One of our rooms (mine) have the following faults: a)a bedside lamp that doesn't stand upright and won't light up b)leaking shower head c)hard to open and close shower-room door d)broken floor tile in the shower room A cave guide who is not able to conduct the tour in English, although she tries hard.

The location was marvelous for traveling around Ha Long, just next door to a designated bay which was beautiful, and a beach for swimming. the hotels' team was amazingly great and courteous. - the deluxe room was exceptional with a terrace, balcony, and shower offering a unique experience.

The stay at this venue for one night was excellent despite our limited time.

The water activities including swimming, snorkelling, and kayaking allowed our children to fully immerse themselves in the beauty of the bay. The accommodations provided by Bhaya Cruises were top-notch, with comfortable rooms and stunning views that made us feel right at home.

For dads, it would be great to have more organized family-friendly activities onboard to keep the kids entertained during downtime.

We had a fantastic time on a cruise in a beautiful location near Hanoi. The boat was run by Huy and the service was excellent. Our room had a balcony where we could enjoy the stunning views. The activities on board were enjoyable, including squid fishing and cooking demonstrations. We also had the chance to explore a magnificent cave. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast was delicious. The overall experience was memorable and highly recommended.

the exclusive amenities fulfilled all my needs, from the private facilities to the restaurant and bar, which offer special diet menus. the Spa & wellness centre provided a wide range of pampering treatments, and the leisure/ TV room was a great place to relax.

The only minor issue I encountered here was the inadequate number of snack bars. Apart from that, everything exceeded my expectations.
